Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in original condition: unused, with tags/packaging intact.
- Request refund within 5 business days after delivery
- Sale / promotional / clearance items may have different terms
Faulty / Wrong Items
- If product arrives damaged / defective / wrong item, contact us immediately (within 5 business days) with photo evidence. We will arrange refund or replacement.
Return Costs
- Buyer bears shipping cost for returns unless the fault is from our side (damage, wrong item).
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be issued to original payment method within 3 working days.
Exclusions
- Items altered, washed, worn (if obvious or hygiene reasons), or missing tags might be rejected.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
