Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unused, with tags/packaging intact.

  • Request refund within 5 business days after delivery

  • Sale / promotional / clearance items may have different terms

Faulty / Wrong Items

  • If product arrives damaged / defective / wrong item, contact us immediately (within 5 business days) with photo evidence. We will arrange refund or replacement.

Return Costs

  • Buyer bears shipping cost for returns unless the fault is from our side (damage, wrong item).

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be issued to original payment method within 3 working days.

Exclusions

  • Items altered, washed, worn (if obvious or hygiene reasons), or missing tags might be rejected.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
